Although we "ALWAYS" represent our clients best interest, we do have these LOWER PRICES that we can help our clients get. There are very good builders and then there are those that are so so. We will never "Black-Ball" any builder, however we will give you (If you become our client) our "Professional Opinion" regarding the builders quality and reputation.
